/momentum · Answer 7 questions · Get a complete 90-day plan
Momentum is a Claude Code agent that builds a complete business strategy for any 1-person service business. It runs 5 specialized agents in sequence, each one building on the last. The output of one becomes the input of the next.
At the end of a single session, you get a branded 90-day action plan as an HTML file you can open in any browser, print, and work from immediately. No books to open. No frameworks to look up. Everything is embedded directly inside the agents.
Built on frameworks from Alex Hormozi ($100M Offers, $100M Leads), Daniel Priestley (Oversubscribed, Key Person of Influence), and Russell Brunson (DotCom Secrets, Expert Secrets). Every concept is embedded inline. No external files or dependencies required beyond Claude.
Every 1-person service business runs the same loop. All 11 agents map to a stage. Run them in order from scratch, or jump to the stage you need.
The orchestrator runs all 5 in sequence. Each can also be run standalone at any time.
Stress-tests whether the market is worth entering before you build anything. Applies Hormozi's 4-filter criteria: massive pain, purchasing power, targetability, and growth. Checks whether the niche is too broad or too thin, and builds a precise avatar using the exact words buyers use to describe their problem. Returns a green, amber, or red verdict. A red verdict stops the chain before you waste time building an offer for a dead market.
Output
Validated market, precise avatar, green / amber / red verdict
Takes the validated market and builds an offer that cannot be compared to a competitor's price. Walks through Hormozi's 5-step process: dream outcome, obstacle list, solutions, delivery vehicles, and trim-and-stack. Assigns a dollar value to each component so the total value stack dwarfs the asking price. Drafts a conditional guarantee and generates 3 offer name options using the MAGIC formula.
Output
Named Grand Slam Offer, full value stack, guarantee, 3 name options
Builds the daily system to get the offer in front of the right people. Applies Hormozi's Core Four priority order: warm outreach first, content second, cold outreach third, paid ads last. Designs a Rule of 100 daily rhythm (100 touches or 100 minutes of content per day). Writes 3 ACA DM templates and 3 Hook-Retain-Reward content units using the avatar's own pain language.
Output
Daily outreach rhythm, 3 DM templates, 3 content hooks, platform recommendation
Turns conversations into closed clients. Builds a full CLOSER talk track written specifically for this offer, not a generic script. Applies the core reframe: diagnose before prescribing, lead with the prospect's pressure not the technology. Produces a pre-call brief template, a post-call follow-up email to send within 5 minutes of hanging up, and a same-day onboarding message to send the day you close.
Output
CLOSER talk track, pre-call brief, follow-up email, close-day message
Most revenue is lost in the silence after a sales conversation. Loop Engine closes that gap. Builds a closed-client sequence that captures testimonials and asks for referrals in 3 different ways. Creates a 4-message reactivation sequence at 7, 14, 30, and 90 days using Dean Jackson's 9-word email format. Builds a 3-step ghost bump sequence for prospects who went cold mid-conversation.
Output
Reactivation sequences, referral asks, ghost bump sequence, objection log template
Six additional agents that complete the full Solopreneur OS. Install alongside the core 5 by copying their skill folders into .claude/skills/.
Foundation for everything else. Builds your signature story, positioning one-liner, content pillars, platform bios, and tone guide. Run once before Content Engine or Funnel Architect.
Takes one topic and produces a LinkedIn post, TikTok script, Instagram captions, Skool post, and a 30-day content calendar. Use any time you need platform-ready content.
Builds the lead capture layer: lead magnet, landing page copy, 5-email welcome sequence, and booking page brief. Run after Amplifier when content is consistent.
Turns a client result into proof before the memory fades. Produces a before/after one-pager, LinkedIn story post, DM proof piece, and a referral ask template.
Builds the professional first 7 days after a client closes: welcome message, kick-off agenda, project brief, milestone checklist, and communication cadence.
Reads the 90-day plan and builds a specific Mon-Fri schedule for the current week with Rule of 100 tracking and a Friday review. Run every Monday.
Every framework below is embedded directly inside the relevant agent. No external references required.
4-Filter Market Test
Validates whether a market is worth pursuing. Filters: massive pain, purchasing power, targetability, growth. Used in Hunter.
Grand Slam Offer Creation
5-step process to build an offer that cannot be compared on price: dream outcome, obstacle list, solutions, delivery vehicles, trim-and-stack. Used in Alchemist.
Value Equation
(Dream Outcome x Perceived Likelihood) / (Time Delay x Effort). Audits offer pricing. Used in Alchemist.
MAGIC Naming Formula
Magnetic reason why + Avatar callout + Goal + Interval + Container word. Names the offer. Used in Alchemist.
Core Four Advertising
Priority order: warm outreach, content, cold outreach, paid ads. Prevents solopreneurs from going to paid too early. Used in Amplifier.
ACA Framework
Acknowledge, Compliment, Ask. Structure for warm DMs that do not feel like sales messages. Used in Amplifier.
Rule of 100
100 outreach touches or 100 minutes of content per day. Creates a measurable daily standard. Used in Amplifier and Weekly Sprint.
Hook, Retain, Reward
Content unit structure that earns attention, holds it, and gives the reader something worth keeping. Used in Amplifier and Content Engine.
CLOSER Framework
Clarify, Label, Overview, Sell the vacation, Explain away concerns, Reinforce the decision. Full sales call structure. Used in Converter.
Dean Jackson 9-Word Email
Minimal reactivation format that reopens conversations without pressure. Used in Loop Engine at days 14 and 90.
Oversubscribed Positioning
Engineer demand greater than supply deliberately. Three states: oversubscribed (profit), balanced (wages only), undersubscribed (losses). The goal is to ensure some people who want what you offer must miss out. Used in Alchemist and Brand Voice.
7-11-4 Rule
A buyer needs 7 hours of content consumption, 11 separate interactions, and exposure across 4 different locations before they trust you enough to buy. Determines content volume and platform strategy. Used in Funnel Architect and Content Engine.
Campaign-Driven Enterprise
Cluster business development into campaigns rather than one-at-a-time selling. Weekly micro-campaigns, quarterly spotlight campaigns, annual big message. Used in Amplifier and Weekly Sprint.
Four Market Positions
Innovation, Relationships, Convenience, Price. A business must pick one position and dominate it completely. Solo practitioners default to Relationships — the only position a single person can own. Used in Hunter and Brand Voice.
