Sutra Tech Inc. operates Sutra Academy, an online learning platform certifying IT and IS auditors as AI Auditing Experts. With a growing course library and an expanding subscriber base, they needed a marketing infrastructure that could work automatically — nurturing leads, onboarding new students, and re-engaging existing ones without manual effort every time.
The brief was to build a full marketing automation system inside Kajabi and back it up with email marketing sequences that actually converted. That meant going beyond basic email blasts and building intelligent pipelines: the right message, to the right person, at the right moment in their journey.
I architected and built out the complete Kajabi automation setup — pipelines, triggers, tags, and conditional logic — designed to move subscribers from first contact through to paid enrollment with minimal friction. Every automation was mapped against the student journey, from awareness and consideration all the way to purchase and post-enrolment engagement.
On the email side, I wrote and structured segmented sequences tailored to where each subscriber was in the funnel. Welcome flows, nurture sequences, launch campaigns, and re-engagement series — all built to perform. The results spoke for themselves: a 42% email open rate and a 35% boost in course enrollments driven directly through email campaigns.
